• Content you create: mood boards, brand descriptions, uploaded images, sticky notes, color palettes, and any other content you generate or upload to the Service.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Generate AI outputs (palettes, typography, mood boards) based on your inputs.
• Authenticate you and secure your account.

When you generate mood boards or brand assets, your prompts and inputs are sent to AI model providers we use to power the Service. We do not sell your inputs, and we configure our providers to not use your content to train their public models where that option is available.

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: hosting, database, authentication, and AI infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Collaborators: if you invite someone to a board, they can view and (if granted) edit that board.
• Legal: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with continued protection of your data.

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual boards at any time. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audited infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
