Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, create, or generate using Creatilify ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your invited collaborators.

You are responsible for Your Content and must have the necessary rights to upload it.

The Service uses AI models to generate brand assets including palettes, typography pairings, mood boards, and other materials ("Output"). You are free to use the Output for personal and commercial projects, subject to these Terms.

AI Output may be similar across users and may not be unique to you. You are responsible for reviewing Output for accuracy, suitability, and any third-party rights (e.g., trademarks) before relying on it.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload content that is infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or train competing models.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds except where required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI Output will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creatilify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

You agree to indemnify and hold Creatilify harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Creatilify is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country provide otherwise.

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
